RMA Policy
- Silicon Solutions Inc. has a one year warranty on all parts and labor
on peripherals and computers, absolutely no returns on RAM, CPU's, and software.
- Silicon Solutions Inc. reserves the right to change warranty periods
and policies without notice due to manufacture's warranty policy changes.
- All returns must include all packaging material, in original
container, along with a copy of the purchase invoice.
- All special order items refused or returned will be charged a %20
restocking fee.
- All RMA numbers are valid for (12) twelve days from the date of
issue.
- All returns within (12) twelve days are eligible for full credit
provided merchandise is returned in the same packaging materials and is in the same
condition as when it was received.
- A return for credit will not be valid after (12) twelve days.
- RAM credit will be available after (5) five full business days.
