contact you with your RMA number. We will NOT accept RMA forms lacking proper information
in the Invoice, Serial Number(s) or Problem Description fields.

Fax it back to the number printed in the form, along with Your Reseller Certificate, your
State Tax Certificate, or any document that accredits you as a VAR, OEM, Integrator,
